3. International Delivery & Usage
Techaezi provides software solutions to clients and businesses worldwide. Regardless of your location:
- - Services are rendered in English (other languages available upon agreement).
- - Digital delivery is conducted via secure channels (e.g., cloud repositories, GitHub, Bitbucket).
- - Deployment and hosting services are offered using global platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- - Local laws regarding software usage must be observed by the client.
We ensure timezone-aligned communication and support wherever reasonably possible.
4. Client Responsibilities
- - Provide accurate project requirements and feedback in a timely manner.
- - Comply with all applicable international and local laws regarding software use.
- - Maintain licenses and third-party service agreements required for the software's operation.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise in a contract:
- - Upon full payment, the ownership of the final software product is transferred to the client.
- - Techaezi retains the right to reuse non-client-specific reusable code libraries or utilities.
- - Techaezi may display the project (without confidential content) in its portfolio for marketing purposes.
6. Payments and Invoicing
- - Project estimates and timelines are discussed and agreed upon before initiation.
- - International clients may pay via wire transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or other agreed platforms.
- - All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
- - Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest.
- - Taxes and international transaction fees are the client’s responsibility.
7. Confidentiality
- - Both parties agree to protect confidential data shared during the project lifecycle.
- - Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be signed on request.
8. Warranty and Support
- - A standard 30-day post-deployment warranty is provided for bug fixes.
- - Extended maintenance and support can be included via separate service-level agreements (SLAs).
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- - Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
- - Refunds are considered based on work delivered and time spent.
- - Upfront fees for completed work are non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
- - Techaezi is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages caused by software use or misuse.
- - Clients are responsible for their hosting environments and third-party services.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
12. Governing Law
